About Ephesus and Sirince Tour

Enjoy traditional Aegean dishes in the warmth of a local home and experience the genuine hospitality of the villagers.
About ten years ago, during one of our tours to Sirince, we met a local woman named Emine. After a brief conversation, she invited us into her home. Our guests were thrilled to have the chance to see a traditional Turkish house, and we shared some tea together. Emine, however, insisted that we stay for lunch. Along with a delicious homemade meal, we tasted her homemade wine. It was a moment that truly captured the spirit of Turkish hospitality. I suggested she invite visitors more often to help her family earn extra income.

Since that day, I’ve been happy to recommend a lunch at Emine’s house to all of my guests. It’s a rare, authentic experience that offers a glimpse into village life and the chance to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked Turkish meal in a cozy, intimate setting.

Our Private Ephesus and Sirince Tour is perfect for those who want to visit ancient wonders of Ephesus and experience the charm of rural Turkish life. After exploring the magnificent ruins of Ephesus, you’ll take a short 20-minute drive to Sirince for a traditional homemade lunch with Emine. Here, you can connect with the locals and taste the fresh, rich flavors of the Aegean region.
