My name is Ertunga and I was born in 1977 in Kusadasi, where I still live. I graduated from the University of Philology, Department of English Language and Litarature. Since I grew up and have lived all my life in a touristic town, guiding has always been my dream. Very early I understood that it would be the most convenient job for my lifestyle, because I like history, archeology, traveling and meeting different people and cultures, but beyond everything I love my country and would like people to see it’s beauty and understand it’s history and culture. In 2001 I became a professional Turkey travel guide, with the license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Since then I have been guiding in all areas in Turkey and meeting tourists from all over the world.

First time in Turkey and our tour guides did not disappoint. We had a blast during our trips in the different spots in a truly fascinating city. Our Tour guides did a splendid job in spoiling us in every way especially the food.

My name is Ozgur Dalkılıç and I am 35. After I graduated from university, where I studied tourism guiding, I started working in 2004 as a professional freelance travel guide. Volkan was a superb guide. He was both knowledgable and enthusiastic. Ephesus is an amazing site and he brought it alive for us. My husband was in a wheelchair, and he carefully planned our trip so he could see as much as possible--he arranged for a strong man to push him on the uneven ground. We forgot his backpack, and he kindly went out of his way to bring it to us. Both competent and kind. We highly recommend him.

We've just returned from a 10 day tour of Turkey arranged for us by Felicity Travel and I cant thank them enough! The trip was seamless - we didn't have to worry about a thing! We visited Istanbul, Kusadasi, Pamukkale & Cappadocia and they arranged hotels, meals, sightseeing and transport.
The hotels were excellent and some were very special indeed. The transport vans arranged were clean and new and the drivers excellent.
The thing that made the trip truly special were the excellent guides. We had Hakan, Umut and Nilya (spelling apologies!) and they were all knowledgeable, personable and great fun. They were able to help us with many recommendations and were flexible whenever we needed.

My daughter and I did a one day private tour with Felicity Travel; our guide was Umut. He was just outstanding; so informative and friendly. We left Selcuk and did stops in ancient Priene, Melitus, and Didyma (also lunch in Didyma). We even did a special spur of the moment stop at a small olive oil producer’s place and got marvelous tour of how it is done. I cannot say enough good things about Umut and the driver. This was our first experience engaging with travel operators. The tours & guides they provided to us were of a very high standard. Our guide Tuna who took to Ephesus & Pamakkule was like a professor of ancient history & architecture! We thoroughly enjoyed his company. The hotels we were put up at were also the best. Every question we had was answered diligently in English. We also had many customisation requests and made last-minute changes & updates. Felicity travel kept all our requests. We really enjoyed Turkey more because of them and would highly recommend them!
We have done private tours before and they tend to be really good or barely average. Thankfully this tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable about Ephesus , but also the other sites we added as Tuna and Sabo were very accommodating and willingly put in a long day to allow us to see everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend.
We had a group of three friends, tennis players. We were picked up near Manavgat and had Tuna as our guide for the first two days going to Pamukkale, Hierapolis and Ephesus. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his love of Turkey and the history of Turkey. The transport vehicle was really comfortable and the driver was fantastic as well. The tour included lunches and we stopped at interesting places and they were really good.
The tour arranged the transport to Cappadocia, or we were met by a driver, then met up with our next guide, Ali, who was also terrific. We learned a lot about the geography and archaeology of the area. And we had more delicious lunches too.

Our guide (Yunus) did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable of every site we visited and exceeded expectations by giving us additional places to visit and helping out with our 1 year old.
