As part of this Istanbul one day itinerary, after meeting your guide, you will be taken to the historic Old City, where you’ll begin your exploration.
As you walk through the Hippodrome, you’ll step back in time to the days of ancient Constantinople, where grand public events once took place.
One of the highlights of the tour is the magnificent Hagia Sophia. Originally built as a church, later a mosque and a museum, this unique place invites you to admire its mosaics.
Next, you’ll visit the famous Blue Mosque, officially known as the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, known for its beautiful blue tiles.
A short walk from here brings you to the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest covered markets in the world. With over 4,000 shops, it’s a vibrant network of alleys where you can find everything from handmade carpets and jewelry to souvenirs and leather goods.
